Receive parcels:
Please open the parcel in post officer’s presence, if the parcel damaged or empty(stolen), please ask the post office to provide official document, especially the claim request paper. And please take a complete unpacking video and weight video for everything.
Warranty :
We provide 6 months warranty for your phone (All accessories are not in the warranty range) if the problem is not caused by artificial damage or improper use.
But we don’t offer warranty if customer detach the phone or repaired the phone without permission. Please show me the clear video if you have any after-service problems.
